As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) at Bettershare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a high-potential digital platform. Bettershare is an emerging venture within vengine, focused on developing innovative solutions to transform an existing industry in a smart, secure, and efficient way. Our goal is to create a scalable digital platform that delivers real value to users and partners while establishing a strong market presence over time.This is a unique co-founder-level opportunity, where you will work alongside the founding team to define business strategies, establish key partnerships, and drive early-stage growth. Instead of a fixed salary, you will be able to earn equity in the company, giving you direct ownership and a long-term stake in Bettershare’s success.
You will be responsible for validating market opportunities, refining our go-to-market approach, securing strategic collaborations, and helping steer product and operational decisions. This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on attitude, skills and the drive to build and scale a digital business from the ground up.
Your key responsibilities
→ Develop and execute business strategies to validate market demand and accelerate early growth.
→ Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, investors, and service providers.
→ Support the product development process by ensuring market fit and competitive positioning.
→ Collaborate with marketing teams to define and implement customer acquisition strategies.
→ Play a key role in fundraising efforts, including preparation of pitch materials and engagement with potential investors.
→ Drive the operational setup and scalability of the business, from legal frameworks to platform infrastructure.

Qualification:
→ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling digital businesses.

→ Experience in growth marketing, sales, or fundraising is a plus.
→ Understanding of digital platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS models is beneficial but not required.

As a freelance SAP Consultant / Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the multi-country rollout of SAP Business ByDesign, with an immediate focus on stabilizing and optimizing the rollout in Poland. You will lead the coordination and creation of a structured global SAP template, ensuring future scalability and seamless integration across countries.
Your key responsibility will be to implement the necessary adaptations for Poland while safeguarding the integrity of the global SAP setup, ensuring that adjustments do not disrupt the existing rollout in Germany.
This role requires a hands-on project leader with the ability to establish a structured and scalable project framework, enabling future SAP rollouts in additional countries. You will work closely with SAP partners, internal stakeholders, and the ERP Manager from our IT contractor, overseeing technical feasibility, risk management, and process optimization to drive a smooth and future-ready SAP implementation.
Your key responsibilities:
→ Lead the SAP rollout in Poland, ensuring smooth execution and integration with the global SAP template.→ Coordinate the creation, standardization, and optimization of the global SAP template, ensuring future scalability.
