THE QUESTION:
How can you develop a recommendation system that suggests products that are as relevant and interesting as possible to customers in order to increase sales?
OUR ANSWER:
The recommendation system combines various methods into an ensemble model, continuously optimizes recommendations using a “multi-armed bandit” approach, and also employs classification models at the product level. The system is characterized by fast response times, continuous improvement, and comprehensive reporting.
